There is no magic behind low Trading Costs. We live in a connected world, hence if years ago Institutions in the likes of Techno Innovations had to be located in the worlds' financial centres such as London, New York or Tokyo it is not anymore the case today. We say it proud and loud: we are NOT located in London, New York or Tokyo, and we do not pretend to act as so.

Why should we? Allocating extensive budget resources into luxurious offices in high-end locations while sponsoring football or formula one championships would in turn dramatically reduce our capacity to invest in technology, innovate, and offer low trading costs for the immediate benefit of the retail online trading community. We all know that genius, creativity and dedication can be found everywhere. We instead established our Headquarters in Spain, the second largest Retail Online Trading European hub, a highly regulated jurisdiction (i.e. ACPR and ICF) and yet cost-effective from a corporate taxation, real estate and labour costs point of view.

The only footprint we have in so called "prime locations" is our IT Infrastructure which has been deployed within industry leading datacentres located in London (Equinix LD4) and New York (Equinix NY4) thus connecting our servers to those of the Major Exchanges and Liquidity Providers via fibre optic cables in order to bypass the Internet congestion and support ultra-high frequency systems with a world-class capacity of up to 50,000 trades per second.
